Terms of Use
- Responsibility of User
- All materials become the responsibility of the User upon receipt and subsequent use.
- The User accepts responsibility for ensuring all applicable promotional and advertising regulatory, legal and medical requirements are adhered to in the local countries and/or regions where the materials are planned for use.
- The User maintains this responsibility when materials are transferred to 3rd parties.
- Changes to Materials
- In general, all materials are intended for use "as-is". Materials may be adapted by the User for the following reasons:
- Purposes of local compliance
- Language translation
- Contact information
- Pictures applicable to local region
- Other minor, non-substantive aesthetic changes
- None of the following can be changed without prior approval by the Global Brand Manager and a Global Medical Affairs reviewer:
- Claims
- Safety and risk information
- Data (Including Clinical trial data)
- Copyrighted Materials
- Any copyrighted material including re-prints and publications can never be reproduced or copied for further use.
- If multiple copies of a material are needed, the User should order the total number needed for distribution and never order a single copy to reproduce.
- Reviews and Ratings
- Users may post reviews, comments, and ratings; The site reserves the right to remove or edit such content and can regularly review posted content.
